Alcohol-Free Coach

Wondering if your life might be better with less or no alcohol but you can’t seem to get there on your own?

Hi, I’m

Amy.

I’m a certified coach, lawyer (25+ years), wife, and mom to 2 young adults & 3 rescue fur babies.

I know firsthand how powerful and nasty our inner critics can be and how likely they are to block even our most well-intentioned efforts to make positive change.

That’s why I feel called to share the game-changing mindset and powerful tools that helped me. My purpose is helping other growth-oriented souls seeking to become the best versions of themselves. As Ram Daas said, “We are all just walking each other home.” I’m honored to help others find their way home as quickly as possible and with the utmost confidentiality.

Why I’m Called to Be a Coach

Despite being a bright, disciplined, health-conscious person who was always striving for self-improvement, I still got sucked into our alcohol-soaked culture.

I went from being a social drinker to someone who drank at least a bottle of wine of night, preferably at home and alone.

That started a painful, 5-year cycle of trying to moderate, all the while swimming into deeper shame, guilt, and hopelessness.

After finding my freedom through neuroscience, books and The 30-Day Alcohol Experiment, I knew I wanted to share this knowledge and tools with others and help them find the same freedom.

It’s so easy to fall into unhealthy habits, especially in high-pressure environments like law.

Whether you want to experience the energy and exhilaration of an alcohol-free lifestyle, create healthy habits to support your well-being, or just stress less, it would be a gift to be the coach who gets to help you.

Being “functional” isn’t enough. I believe we’re called to be
the best versions of ourselves.

What can you expect?

A caring, wounded healer who will listen, vulnerably share my own stories and experience, and provide a play-by-play of proven tactics.

  • • I am such a neuroscience geek and am continually blown away by what we are learning about our minds. My support is always science-based.

    • Learn to build new neural pathways that will take you from point A to point B as quickly as possible.

  • • With grace and compassion, we’ll let go of unhelpful, outdated social conditioning so you can thrive in your power and on your OWN path.

    • I’ll help you to debunk the beliefs holding you hostage and take your power back much faster than you could on your own.

  • • A mindset that gives you access to lasting change without fighting the temptation to “cheat” or yearning for “the good ol’ days.”

    • Alignment and vitality—fall in love with the new healthy life you’re
    creating for yourself.

  • “Life is amazing. And then it’s awful. And then it’s amazing again. And in between the amazing and the awful, it’s ordinary and mundane and routine. Breathe in the amazing, hold on through the awful, and relax and exhale during the ordinary. That’s just living heartbreaking, soul-healing, amazing, awful, ordinary life. And it’s breathtakingly beautiful.”

    L.R. Nost

  • “Connection is why we’re here. We are hardwired to connect with others, it’s what gives purpose and meaning to our lives, and without it there is suffering.”

    Brené Brown

  • “Possessing flashlights and occasionally knowing where to aim them has to be enough for us. Fortunately, none of us can save anybody. But we all find ourselves in this dark, windowless room, fumbling for grace and flashlights. You aim the light this time, and I’ll do it next.”

    Father Gregory Boyle

I’d love to hear from you!
